Crash Rated Barriers

Crash Rated Barriers are electro hydraulically operated barriers to stop intrusions of vehicles. Unlike the normal swinging automatic boom barriers which aren't able to resist even small impact loads, these can withstand static impact loads of various ranges. They can be used at entry / exit points of high security premises and the boom is normally kept close in normal times of operation & only opened in case authenticated personnel's vehicles have to enter. The housing and the blocking element of the Crash Rated Barriers are designed in full core steel profile construction with TESCON 4S coating, ensuring maximum safety against corrosion. The impact face of the barrier is reinforced with steel solid booms to transfer mechanical forces to reinforced concrete foundation.
