Description
We make available to our clients a wide gamut of Modular Power Switch (MPS). For stand-alone power supplies, this modern multi-functional power switching module finds extensive use. We can also configure it so as these can be used as a charge controller, load controller or diversion controller. This configuration can be done by toggling of DIP switch settings. Up to 80 A of current at 12, 24 or 48 V can be controlled through a single MPS unit. Further, for pulse-width modulation or two-point series switching, switches can be easily set. Diversion load for wind and micro-hydro turbine systems can be controlled by configuring the MPS as a diversion controller. MPS provides load controllers for adjusting the low voltage and as a disconnect. For providing complete protection against overcharging, MPS can be configured as a solar charge controller. Positive or negative grounding has become easier with the versatile power electronics. The power switch is the main button in the MPS. Modular control unit (MCU) makes it possible to operate multiple MPS units together. A single battery bank can be charged with multiple strings of solar inputs with overall charge current of around 320 A. Multiple MPS units are also used for controlling up to 200 A of total load current when configured as load controllers. Easy to use, cost-efficient, and due to its flexible power switch it is ideal to be used for solar, wind, micro-hydro or hybrid power supplies.
