Description
Printech Over-Code Printing Machine caters to all the intermittent flow 'on-line' coding requirements. Long life of the ink facilitates uninterrupted coding without the need for frequent re-inking. The machine supports marking on a variety of surfaces like labels, cartons, pouches & sachets of all sizes and material. Some of the other features of this machine are as follows:

The labels or cartons to be fed are stacked in order on a sloping plane tray (Dispenser). This feed is picked up by rubber friction insert and printed one by one via the guide tray. Ink of even film thickness is spread by the oscillating roller upon the inking roller. Now the inking roller transfers ink to stereo types and eventually the image is transferred to the substrate. This cycle is repeated continuously at high speed. Some of the specifications of this machine are as follows:
